Case of Turnstile Application​

A large comprehensive business park in the city has been facing challenges such as inefficient personnel access management, difficulty in identifying authorized personnel, and potential security risks due to tailgating. To address these issues, the park management decided to upgrade its access control system and chose our company's turnstile with multiple identification functions as the core solution.

The turnstile deployed in this project are equipped with a variety of identification methods to meet the needs of different groups of people. It supports face recognition, which can quickly and accurately identify employees and regular visitors through facial features, realizing contactless and efficient access. At the same time, it is also compatible with RFID identification; employees can swipe their work cards with RFID chips to pass through, which is convenient for those who are not suitable for face recognition for special reasons.

In terms of security functions, the channel gate has a strong anti-tailgating capability. It is equipped with high-precision infrared sensors that can accurately detect the number of people passing through. If someone tries to tailgate, the gate will immediately issue an alarm and lock, effectively preventing unauthorized access.

For visitor management, the system has a complete visitor record function. When a visitor arrives, the staff can register their information in the system, and the visitor can use the authorized identification method (such as temporary QR code generated after registration, which can be recognized by the gate) to enter. The system will record the visitor's entry and exit time, access route and other information for later query and management.

In addition, the channel gate supports quick exit passage, which shortens the passage time in emergency situations and ensures the smooth evacuation of personnel. It is also equipped with a clear passage indicator light; the green light indicates that passage is allowed, and the red light indicates that passage is prohibited, providing intuitive guidance for personnel.

Since the installation and use of the turnstile, the access management of the business park has been significantly optimized. The efficiency of personnel access has been improved by more than 60%, and the phenomenon of tailgating has been completely eliminated, greatly enhancing the security of the park. Both employees and visitors have given positive feedback on the convenience and safety of the system.
