Luxury Oblique Octagon Wing Gate Flap Barrier Turnstile with 15MM Acrylic Wing Board and 5,000,000 Times Service Life

The TDH-Y303 Luxury Ticket Turnstile is an oblique octagon wing gate access control system engineered for high-traffic pedestrian management. Featuring a robust stainless steel housing, precision direct-drive movement, and advanced infrared sensing, it delivers reliable, secure, and efficient passage control for a wide range of indoor and outdoor environments.

• Housing Material: AISI SUS304
• Internal Structure: Frame structure / standard stainless steel shell; frosted black paint on both ends
• Power Voltage: AC220V ±10V
• Drive Motor: DC brushless motor (24–36 VDC)
• Movement Structure: Full-height direct-drive movement, fixed with upper and lower screws for firm load bearing; high-precision movement and motor direct drive for higher precision, faster opening/closing speed, and longer service life (patented product). The double-flying wing aircraft core (optional) adopts a four-bar linkage structure with high stability and low noise.
• Service Life: 5,000,000 cycles
• Infrared Sensor: 8 pairs (supports configurations of more than 8 pairs)
• Working Temperature: −35 °C to 75 °C
• Relative Humidity: 0–90% (non-condensing)
• Communication Interface: RS232 serial port
• Communication Protocol: MODBUS protocol
• Turnstile Working Speed: 45–50 people/min; double-flying wing configuration ≤ 30 people/min (memory mode can be enabled)
• Passing Time: Card swipe travel time 10 s (if no one passes within 10 s, the gate automatically closes; the time is adjustable as needed)

• Alarm Function: Sound and light alarm capability
• Anti-Interference: Limits turnstile abnormalities caused by electromagnetic and other external factors
• Pass Mode Setting: One-way pass, two-way pass, and free pass (wing arm retraction) can be configured via buttons on the main control panel
• Anti-Tailing: Prevents unauthorized passage by multiple people at one time
• Anti-Pinch Function: During closing, the turnstile stops closing upon detecting an anti-pinch signal
• Automatic Reset: If the user does not pass within the specified time after opening, the system automatically cancels the current passage permission; default is 10 seconds, adjustable via switch
• Access Control: External port supports connection to a variety of biometric devices
• Power-Off Opening: Opens after power off; the opening direction can be configured
• Fault Detection: Control board supports fault type detection to assist in analyzing and handling faults and abnormalities
• Passing Indication: Passing status indicator provided; alarm function for exceeding stay time in the channel can also be configured

• Normal: Standard pedestrian passing mode
• Passing: Automatic vehicle / electric vehicle / motorcycle passing mode

• Expandable voice module with volume adjustment

• Set the delay opening time after the turnstile receives the opening signal, or the delay closing time after pedestrians pass; default is 0 seconds

• Default Forbidden: Card swiping in the channel (inductive infrared area) is invalid
• Permission: Card swiping verification is allowed in the channel

• Gate Closed: Reverse/trailing traffic (A swipes card, B passes) will not close the gate
• Close Gate First, Then Open: Close the gate first for reverse/trailing traffic, then reopen after closing
• Do Not Open After Closing: Reverse/trailing traffic closes the gate, and the gate will not reopen after closing

• Normally Open Mode: The gate remains open
• Normally Closed Mode: The gate remains closed

• Bidirectional Passage: Card swiping in both directions for people flow
• Bidirectional Free Passage: No card verification required
• Single Directional Passage: Single directional (A) card swipe opens the gate normally; reverse directional (B) card swipe is invalid and the gate closes
• Single Directional Free Passage: Single directional (A) free passage; reverse directional (B) requires card swipe verification
• Passing Prohibited: Bidirectional card swiping is invalid and the gate enters the locked state
