Project details：
The Vanke Guanhu project in Guiyang is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. It is adjacent to the urban trunk road in the east and faces the reservoir landscape in the west, with green mountains and fields in sight all around. The design concept is deeply rooted in the unique landscape conditions of the project site, seeking the harmonious coexistence between the buildings and the environment, and creating buildings and spaces that are unique to "this moment and this place".
Project Background：
For the project of the Iron Army Intelligent Gate Access Control Management System launched in Vanke Guanhu, the building complex extracts Chinese architectural symbols for deconstruction and recombination. The single building roofs adopt different broken line shapes, ingeniously connecting the entire building from south to north. The design language of lighting, which runs through the buildings, is refined. Combined with the interior lighting and artificial internal light transmission, it presents a clear hierarchy and is in harmonious unity, creating the natural light in the sentiment of mountains and waters.
For a high-end residential community, apart from its beautiful and cozy external environment and warm and thoughtful services, safe, comfortable and intelligent management facilities are also preconditions for people to choose to move in.
